Mythgard Professor Dr. Amy H. Sturgis has pointed out three genre-related Calls For Proposals which might be of interest to Mythgardians seeking an outlet for their academic writing:
I. Robert A. Heinlein. A collection of new scholarly essays on Robert A. Heinlein will be published by Salem Press for its Critical Insights Series, and is entertaining proposals for several chapters. Contributors will receive an honorarium of $250. Submissions will be due April 30 2015, but once again, the sooner you make contact the better.
III. Gothic and Racism. This edited volume will explore issues of race in all artistic manifestations of the Gothic. The aim of the collection is to analyse forms of racism and racialism put forward by Gothic cultural productions over the last 250 years. To be published in a volume in 2015.
